FAQ
  • The security of your documents imported into the platform

    What we don't do

We do not share your data with third parties. Our business model is not based on the use of data that you import into Publicalitis.

We do not store the documents you import to the Document Analyzer. We automatically delete all processed documents as soon as the analysis is complete: when you view the result of our processing, your file is already deleted!

We do not associate the documents imported into the Document Analyzer with your identity: the documents are encrypted, stored separately from your data and pseudonymised.

Our employees do not have access to the files that you import into the Document Analyzer, except in the event of a processing server error, that is to say if the file is unreadable. You can object to this error resolution at any time and the documents are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

    What we do

We automatically delete your documents as soon as your analysis is complete. They are temporarily stored for the duration of the analysis, then irretrievably destroyed as soon as the latter is finished and displayed on your screen.

We encrypt files and data transfers with the best algorithms. Even if the server containing your data were hacked, we could not identify their origin and content.

We rely on the recommendations of lawyers' representative bodies, such as the Paris Bar Order's Digital Lawyer's Guide and the CNB's Information Security Guide for Lawyers.

We develop algorithms uniquely trained to detect decisions and differences between documents. They have no understanding of the document or its context.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who monitors the compliance of personal data processing on a daily basis. He is involved in all the company's projects.
